Nice quiet area! Right down the street from a nice little park with a playground. Everything is really easily accessible like schools, grocery stores and 1-25 is only a few minutes away! My kids and I love our beautiful apartment! Very affordable compared to Denver rent! The office staff is always so friendly and helpful! Also Maintenance has been responding in a timely manner since i've lived here! I have no complaints. Good luck finding something like this in Denver!
